Victim or heroine?
There are so many "victims" in our society - quite scary.
For a variety of reasons, deep beliefs and fears dig into the soul and prevent it from growing, playing and expressing their greatest self. The soul puts on masks and behaviour patterns to protect itself, to survive, and builds walls to avoid injury.
A sense of self emerges from shame and fear, often very negative (I'm not good enough) and limiting (I can't do that, nobody loves me). Life seems dark, dangerous and uninspiring.
What you might overlook: You have developed strengths, resources and talents!
But did you know that you have developed huge resources and talents? That your personality contains many beautiful facets and that you can create anything you want? You are absolutely enough and you can do it!

love is the engine and it is important to get it going first. Love for yourself and for others. With love comes knowledge, comes forgiveness.

power and strength, sustainable, stubborn :-) and cunning. Yes, my dear, these are strengths and talents that we want to look at and use for the new vision Who am I, how great am I? What is my purpose?
NoLoVi - the three rooms
Relax, let go and rediscover
In every NoLoVi session you visit the three rooms. The point here is that we ensure that we select a topic, look at it and then ensure to edit, let go, clarify or purify it.
For more information about what we do, please click the pictures and take a look at the content. Each session takes around 65-70 minutes in total. In the beginning we plan 5 sessions and then see how far we have come.

What can you pay?
A NoLoVi session with me normally costs 65 EUR including VAT. With the Floating Rate Card, the prices go down to 40 EUR including VAT. Depending on your income and personal situation, we will talk about what feels right for you.
